We highly recommend if you are interested in touring our kindergarten that you opt to attend the Open Day on Saturday 24th May from 10 am to 12 pm. Children are welcome to attend. The teachers will be available to chat with you on our Open day and, unlike our regular weekday tours, they will not be busy with the children when you may not get the opportunity to speak to them at all. Enrolments for 2026 are open from 1st May to 30th June in 2025 so there is still plenty of time to consider your options.
We are VERY excited to share that FAK were successful in our application for funding from the Victorian School Building Authority to support a playground upgrade at our kinder. The funding is being provided through the Department of Education as part of the Building Blocks Improvement grants program.
The committee has engaged Urban Discovery to support the playground design and redevelopment, and will work with them, the council and the FAK teaching team to plan and deliver this exciting upgrade to our kinder. The upgrades will be delivered in 2025 with minimal disruption to our kinder program.
We have vacancies in our 3 and 4 year groups for 2025. Please call Boroondara Council to secure your spot.

Our teachers are happy to provide information about our sessional kindergarten programs and any other questions parents may have about our service. We are offering 12 hours to our first year groups (3 and 4 year olds) in 2025 and 18 hours to our second year old groups (4 and 5 year olds) in 2025.
